Hearst Tower

This post goes out to my wife – who spends her days working for the U.S. Green Building Council – the organization that developed the LEED green building certification system. Last summer while roaming the streets of New York City, we stumbled across this unique bit of architecture – the Hearst Tower. My wife was quick to point out that it’s an existing building literally topped off with new, green construction. I love taking photos of architecture – especially if it’s LEED certified.
