Ron's Book Cover Photo
I've been working with Ron on the photography for his upcoming martial arts book for the past year and a half. Today we took the last photo, which potentially will be the cover shot, down in the new park in Georgetown, right by the water. It was a frigid cold day, so we wore our warm coats until the photo was taken and we successfully captured the look we wanted!
Below are some of the older shots we took in the studio for the book.

Inauguration Ball at the French Ambassador's Residence
Living in Washington, DC provides me with many opportunities to photograph at some really cool events with some pretty prestigious people. Last Sunday, photographing at the French Embassy's Inaugural Ball, was no exception. The French Embassy put on quite a bash at the Ambassador's house, complete with actors dressed in French period garb! The guest list included senators, Washington's movers and shakers, and even Jeffrey Wright from the James Bond movies! It was a really fun evening, and it even gave me some Halloween costume ideas!

Sareh and Ali
While most people had their eyes on the future president this weekend at the Inauguration, I was focused on a beautiful bride and groom at their wedding. I ventured over to Pentagon City, VA to co-photograph with my friend and master photographer Len DePas and photographer Daniel Schwartz at Sareh and Ali’s wedding at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. The couple was beautiful and really fun to work with, and since the bride herself is an amateur photographer, was patient with us as we snapped some really unique shots. Best wishes to this couple, and enjoy the photos below.
