Following up on www.yelp.com

So I decided to email the "staff" at www.yelp.com both in the DC office and the headquarters in SF with a complaint on how they decide to remove reviews after 30 days so carelessly and automatically and all they can tell you is that it's probably spam or the reviewer removed their profile, which I can assure you that neither one of those happened with my clients. I emailed the staff with a CC to the Washington Post and will keep you posted on any outcome.


This used to show "7 Five Start Reviews" - I wonder what happened to them...
